Fit and service
Who is InterviewCastle for?
Experienced technical professionals with 2 to 10 years in the industry who are preparing for technical interview rounds. If you are a software engineer, QA engineer, SDET, automation tester, DevOps or SRE engineer, data engineer or mobile developer, and you are somewhere in that experience range, you are the right audience.
Do you support freshers or candidates with more than 10 years of experience?
Not currently for freshers. The evaluation scope is built around 2 to 10 years of professional technical experience. Candidates with more than 10 years are reviewed case by case. If that is you, send a WhatsApp message before booking and we will check fit first.
Is this a job opening or placement service?
No, and this is worth being clear about. InterviewCastle is an independent interview evaluation service. There are no job openings here, no placement, no referrals and no connections to employers. If you are looking for that, this is not it. And that is fine.
Is this just a mock interview?
The format is similar: a live technical discussion. But the purpose is different. A mock interview gives you practice. This evaluation gives you structured feedback: what came across well, where your answers raised doubt, and what specifically to improve before your next round. Practice and evaluation are related but not the same thing.
How do you check technical fit before the session?
Before scheduling, we review your role and technical scope to confirm the evaluation can be done properly. If there is a mismatch, for example if your role or experience is outside what can be evaluated, we will tell you before any session happens. You will not find out mid-session.
Session and payment
What actually happens in the session?
You join a 60-minute Microsoft Teams call. The evaluator runs a technical interview-style discussion adapted to your role, experience and the kind of interviews you are targeting. Expect role-aware technical questions, follow-up questions on your answers and project or scenario questions based on your background. It is a real conversation, not a quiz.
What do I receive after the session?
Both packages include the live evaluation and immediate verbal feedback right after the session ends: what came across well, what raised doubt and what to work on next. The With Written Report package also includes a PDF within 48 hours covering your strengths, interview risk areas and prioritised next steps.
What are the packages and how much do they cost?
Lite Option is INR 1,999. It includes the live evaluation and immediate verbal feedback. With Written Report is INR 2,999. It includes everything in Lite plus a PDF report within 48 hours. Both prices are GST-inclusive. A GST invoice is available on request.
What add-ons are available?
Session recording is INR 1,500. Useful if you want to replay your own answers after the session. Follow-up discussion is INR 1,000. This is a focused conversation to go through the written report and clarify priorities. It is only available with the report package and must be used within 14 days of report delivery. It is not a new evaluation or coaching session.
How does booking work after I pay?
After successful payment you will be directed to the booking page. Use the same email address you used for payment. This is important because it links your booking to your payment record. If the emails do not match, it can delay confirmation.
Trust and boundaries
Who conducts the evaluation?
An experienced evaluator with a background in hiring, training and building technical teams conducts the session. The person helping over WhatsApp, email or with booking may not be the same person conducting the evaluation. If you want to know more about the evaluator's background before booking, ask on WhatsApp.
Is there a refund guarantee?
Yes. If you complete the evaluation session and feel it was not useful, email support@emizhi.com within 24 hours. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method. No explanation required. This covers service satisfaction, which is whether the evaluation itself was useful to you. It does not cover hiring outcomes like getting selected, getting a job offer or getting a callback.
Is selection or a job offer guaranteed?
No. InterviewCastle does not guarantee selection, job offers, salary increases, referrals, placement or any hiring outcome. The evaluation gives you honest feedback on how your interview answers came across. What you do with that feedback, and how your actual interviews go, is outside what any evaluation service can control or promise. Any service that says otherwise is not being straight with you.
Can I get a recording of my session?
Yes, but only if you select and pay for the recording add-on (INR 1,500) before the session. Recording is not available after the fact. Microsoft Teams shows its own recording notification during the session, so both parties are aware.
How is my data used?
Your data is used to deliver services, process bookings, provide support and, where you have given consent, follow up with you. InterviewCastle does not sell candidate data. Evaluation records for paid sessions are kept for up to 12 months unless you request deletion. To request deletion, email support@emizhi.com.
