Refund Policy
The Interview Evaluation includes a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee refund for the evaluation service fee. It covers service satisfaction, not hiring outcomes.
How to request a refund
Email support@emizhi.com with your full name, payment email, payment date or Razorpay receipt details and the package purchased.
Refund amount and destination
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Prices are GST-inclusive and approved refunds cover the eligible customer-paid amount.
Recording add-on availability
In the event that the optional session recording add-on is purchased but the recording is not captured or delivered due to technical failure, administrative omission or platform issues, we will refund only the recording add-on fee (INR 1,500). The base evaluation service and other delivered items (such as the written PDF report) remain fully valid and non-refundable.
What is not guaranteed
InterviewCastle does not guarantee interview selection, job placement, referrals, salary improvement or any hiring outcome.
