Why InterviewCastle exists

Good candidates should not keep guessing why interviews fail.

InterviewCastle exists for experienced technical candidates who are preparing seriously, attending interviews and still not getting useful feedback on what to fix.

The reason we exist

A real interview rejection rarely tells you anything useful.

A round ends. A polite rejection email arrives. No feedback, no specifics, no explanation of what went wrong.

The gap could be anywhere. Maybe the explanation was not clear. Maybe the follow-up questions exposed a weakness in reasoning. Maybe the project examples did not show real ownership. Maybe the trade-off discussion was too thin. You do not know, so you go back and prepare the same way for the next round.

InterviewCastle exists to break that loop. A live technical discussion and direct feedback before more real opportunities pass without a clear answer.

How we work

Three things we try to get right every time.

Feedback should be specific, not general

"Your communication needs improvement" is not feedback. Feedback is knowing that your follow-up handling goes vague under pressure, or that your project examples do not show clear ownership at the level you are targeting. That is what candidates actually need before the next round.

Fit should be checked before you pay

If your role, experience or technical area is outside what can be evaluated properly, we would rather tell you that before the session, not after. We confirm scope first so you do not pay for a session that cannot give you useful feedback.

Boundaries should be stated plainly

This is a technical interview evaluation service. It is not recruitment, placement, referral support, a coaching programme or a hiring-outcome promise. We keep those lines clear. Not to be difficult, but because blurring them helps no one.
